Reform des Vormundschafts- und Betreuungsrechts

Das Betreuungsrecht wird erneut reformiert und neu strukturiert. Die Änderungen hierzu treten am 01.01.2023 in Kraft. Neben der Stärkung der Selbstbestimmung und der Autonomie der betreuten Personen, wird nun unter vielem anderem normiert, dass ehrenamtliche Betreuer*innen mehr Möglichkeiten zur Erlangung von Informationen und fundierten Kenntnissen erhalten sollen.
